Novatex Solutions

Novatex Solutions

NOVATEX SOLUTIONS is an SME in Cyprus that specializes in digital skills, adult education, and career guidance. Their proficiency in these areas aligns perfectly with the project’s objectives and underscores the synergies present within the consortium. During the project’s initial phase, Novatex’s contribution will be pivotal in identifying the specific areas where the consortium’s combined skills may be lacking and in understanding the individual problems and needs of the project’s beneficiaries. The target group for this project will be Unemployed Women, although the company has experience working with a wide range of age groups, from young people for STEM education and robotics to adults for educational activities.
Miletia

Miletia

Miletia is a non-profit organization based in Crete, committed to fostering cooperation by reconnecting people with both urban and rural environments, with a strong focus on sustainability. Our mission is built on two main pillars: social and environmental. Socially, we work to promote safe, inclusive communities based on respect, diversity, equal opportunity, and civic engagement. Environmentally, we address climate change, encourage recycling and sustainable waste management, and protect ecosystems. Miletia develops its work through democratic values, dialogue, and intercultural exchange, inspired by good practices across Europe. We implement a mix of seminars, lectures, training sessions, and hands-on activities to meet the needs of each project and its participants.
