The project also engages the wider educational community, school leaders, educators from other institutions, parents, and local stakeholders, to foster a whole-school approach and strengthen community-based impact.

Eco-Schools is an Erasmus+ funded project dedicated to equipping educators with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to embed sustainability into school curricula. By promoting a culture of environmental responsibility among students, the project supports the development of greener, more conscious learning environments.
Through collaboration between schools, environmental experts, and local communities, Eco-Schools fosters interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability education. The project provides a comprehensive framework, practical teaching resources, and ready-to-use lesson plans to help educators integrate environmental themes across subjects.
Our goals align with the European Green Deal and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aiming to raise environmental awareness, empower young people to become active global citizens, and support the transition toward a more sustainable Europe, starting with classrooms.
